Please note that during peak periods, such as holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer. Once your items are shipped, you'll receive a notification with the carrier's details and a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order every step of the way.
Postal Carriers: We partner with Evri, Royal Mail, and DPD to deliver your packages reliably and efficiently.
Delivery Cost: £5.99 for standard tracked shipping.
Delivery Time frame: Expect your delivery within 2-4 working days. During busier seasons, this time frame may vary slightly. Please note that some planters are handmade, which may affect the delivery time. See the product list for details.
Delivery Restrictions: We do not deliver to the following postcode areas:
- Highlands: AB10-56, IV1-IV40, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA20-40, PH11-40, PH50
- Northern Ireland: BT1-99
- Scottish Islands: HS, IV41-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH41-44, ZE
- Scilly Isles: TR21-25
- Channel Islands: All Areas
- Isle of Man: All Areas
- Isle of Wight: All Areas
Orders with delivery addresses in these areas will be cancelled and refunded.
Returns Policy

- Refund Policy: After the 30-day period, we offer a credit note for your returned items.
- Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. We are unable to issue refunds for personalised design products due to their custom nature.
- Return Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
